3.13.15 - EIG announces the sale of the LA Fitness parcel at Midway Plaza in Largo, Florida to RoseHill Largo, LLC.  This was a newly constructed 45,000 square foot build-to-suit project for LA Fitness, which opened in December 2014.

3.11.15 - Britton Hill Holdings LLC announces George Huber’s appointment as Chairman of Britton Hill and EIG’s investment in all Britton Hill investment and advisory entities. Huber replaces former Florida Governor Jeb Bush in his capacity as Chairman, member and manager of Britton Hill and its related investment and advisory entities.

3.7.15 - EIG completes $18 million renovation and 100% occupancy of Midway Plaza in Largo, Florida. The 120,00SF neighborhood shopping center includes national tenants LA Fitness, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Shoe Carnival, Dollar Tree and Mattress Firm.

12.15.14 - EIG announces the sale of Lakeview Plaza, a grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center located in New Carlisle, Ohio to Vic Green Realty of Dayton, Ohio.

10.6.14 - EIG affiliate and George Huber divestiture from Blue Vista Capital Management and Peak Campus Companies in connection with $225-million strategic partnership with Blue Vista by a subsidiary of Switzerland-based Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG.

8.1.14 - EIG completes $8 million redevelopment of the 122,843 SF Shops at Northwest Crossings in Grand Island, Nebraska including long term leases with national tenants Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dress Barn, Shoe Carnival and Petco.

7.9.14 - EIG acquires 269,875 SF Wanamaker Hills Shopping Center in Topeka, Kansas.  The 100% occupied shopping center is anchored by Kmart, Hobby Lobby and Bed Bath & Beyond.
