02.27.18 - EIG has purchased South Elgin Crossing in South Elgin, Illinois.  This 232,078 SF shopping center is 98% occupied, anchored by Home Depot, Best Buy, Staples and PetSmart.  Outparcel tenants include Red Robin, La-Z-Boy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panda Express and Mattress Firm.  EIG is working with another national big box tenant for a build-to-suit on the undeveloped inline parcel.    

08.25.17 - EIG is pleased to announce its purchase of Holliday Towne Center in Duncansville, Pennsylvania.  Anchored by a Martin's grocery (parent company Ahold US, Inc.) and Dollar Tree, this 83,122 SF project is 81% occupied.  

08.16.17 - EIG has completed the sale of West Village Mall in Muskegon, Michigan.  This 119,831 SF project was sold to Ben Stones, LLC, a California limited liability company.

08.11.17 - EIG announces the sale of Union Town Centre in Indian Trail, North Carolina.  This 102,360 SF property is 93% occupied and achored by Food Lion and Dollar Tree.  The project was sold to Indian Trail MZL LLC out of New York, New York.

3.31.17 - EIG has completed the sale of Corona Center in Boaz, Alabama to FMOC, Ltd.  This center is 100% occupied with the addition of Workout Anytime and Cricket Wireless.

1.26.17 - EIG completes the sale of Village Square Shopping Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This recently redeveloped project was sold to Adirondack Gardens Apartments, LLC. Soon to open will be Sola Salon and Elite Design Nails.

1.11.17 - EIG has closed on the sale of Riverside Shops of Salem Shopping Center in Salem, Indiana.  This 46,700 SF property, anchored by Goody's and Dollar Tree, is 96% occupied and was sold to Rafinia Property Group out of Great Neck, New York.

12.1.16 - EIG announces the sale of the MedExpress parcel at West Village Mall in Muskegon, Michigan.  This recently redeveloped single tenant parcel was sold to Cash Henry, LLC out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

11.18.16 - EIG is pleased to announce the sale of Altama Village Shopping Center in Brunswick, Georgia to Provest Properties located in Miami Beach, Florida.  With the addition of the newly constructed Harbor Freight store this property is 98.5% occupied.  Harbor Freight is expected to open in the 1st quarter of 2017.

09.30.16 - EIG is pleased to announce the sale of the Ferguson Advertising Building to Heller Development Corp. Heller has retained EIG/Murphy & Associates as property managers for this Fort Wayne, Indiana downtown office building.
